What areas do you service?
We service areas in and around Ft. Worth, TX. Some of the cities we serve are Ft. Worth, Weatherford, Benbrook, Godley, Granbury, Aledo, Burleson, Arlington.
What kind of events can you do?
Pretty much any kind of event that you can think up. Corporate events, Weddings, Family Reunions, Block parties, Birthday parties, Baby showers, Hunting trips, Grand openings, etc. Whatever you need…you call, we haul.
What is Dry Hire bartending?
TABC will not give a liquor license to a mobile bar…they must be affiliated with a traditional stick-and-brick location. So, we don’t sell alcohol, we provide bartending services.
How does Dry Hire work?
After we agree on an event where we will serve you, we decide on the particulars: Where, When, How Many and just what drinks you want to serve at your party. Shortly before your event, we will send you a purchase list of alcohols and any other consumables for you to purchase online. Then, we go pick up your purchase, mix the craft cocktails and prepare everything and show up to your event.
Is Dry Hire more expensive?
No, as a matter of fact is is cheaper than paying for a drink at a time because you purchase your alcohol at retail prices, without the markup that bars give to drinks.
What kind of drinks can you serve?
Oh, pretty much all kinds of drinks. We have 6 taps on our trailer and we can set up beer kegs to serve your favorite beer. We have empty kegs that we can put your favorite craft cocktail in such as an Old Fashioned, a Honey Elderberry Martini, Ranch Water, etc. Your imagination and tastes are the only limit. We can also serve hot beverages such as Hot Toddy, Irish Coffee, Spiced Apple Cider, Hot Chocolate, etc. Upon booking your event, we will send you a list of drinks and descriptions/ingredients that you can choose from
Do you need electricity on site?
For cold drinks, no. For hot drinks, yes. We use Jockey Boxes filled with ice to dispense cold beverages anywhere. Utilizing our Carbon Dioxide system for carbonated drinks and our Nitrous system for non-carbonated drinks, we push the beverage up from the keg and through food grade stainless steel pipes that are cooled. For the hot drinks, it requires electricity because we will use immersion heaters for the Jockey Boxes.
How far will you travel?
We are located in Acton, TX. There is no travel charge for events within 30 miles of there. Anything further than that, we charge $1 per mile round trip.
Do I have to rent the trailer?
Nope, we offer a basic service that uses our mini bar. With the mini bar, we can serve wine or can beer—or we can bring our Jockey Boxes and set them on a table beside where we can pour from.
Do you require a Down Payment?
Yes, a Down Payment of 30% of the total bill is due upon booking the event and can be paid securely via Debit or Credit card through our online payment system. The remaining 70% of the balance is due no later than one month before event.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, all bartenders are TABC and Food Handler certified. We carry liability insurance.
Besides the drinks, what else do you provide?
We provide cups, ice, napkins and the equipment to serve the drinks.
Do you charge gratuity?
No, we don’t charge you for gratuity. We want to earn any tips with our great service. That being said, we will ask that you allow us to place a tip jar and a sign with QR codes for tips.
